Neighbouring athletics club in the Vaal Triangle, Vaal Athletics Club, invites road runners to the 2016 Cape Gate Vaal Marathon on Sunday, March 6, on a fast and flat route from the Dick Fourie Stadium, Three Rivers, Vereeniging.

It is an ideal event that offers the elite, active and recreational runners, or walkers, a unique race format with races over distances of 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5 km fun run.
