Three years waiting for Post Office to reply

I have had no reply from the Post Office about a package that was lost three years ago.

I had a similar experience with the Post Office in Alberton North to the person who wrote “Letter damaged by the Post Office”.

I received a PS2 CD from England. When I opened the package there was no CD inside the cassette holder.

I lodged a complaint and, three years later, I have still had no reply from the Post Office.

In July of 2015, I sent a parcel to Zimbabwe and, to date, no parcel has arrived there.

When I enquired about it at the Brackendowns Post Office, they informed me: “Sir, it takes about two months for post to arrive in Zimbabwe.”

I then enquired with the Post Office in Zimbabwe and, after giving them all the information, they assured me that no parcel had arrived. To date, no trace of this parcel has been found.

I believe that parcels disappear in the sorting section of the Post Office and I don’t think the authorities are doing anything about the problem.
