Thank you for the good service

A reader sent a thank you letter to the RECORD to give appreciation for the service they received at Incredible Connection.

I WOULD like to say thank you to the manager of Incredible Connection in Alberton City for the good service.

I bought a smartphone from the store a few months back and it started giving me problems, until it finally wouldn’t even switch on at all. When I purchased the phone, the salesperson gave me a printout and said that it served as my warranty, and when I called the company to find out how I need to go about getting a replacement phone, the trouble started and they weren’t very helpful.

I then went into the store I bought the device from and I explained the situation; the manager said their system had changed and that they would have to look up the purchase to be able to give me a replacement phone and they would call me back later.

Unfortunately they never did call me back and I had to call back yet again, and they said they were still busy. After two days of drama regarding this, I went into the store to see if any progress had been made, and in spite of all the difficulties and a few setbacks, the manager redeemed himself by replacing my phone in about 20 minutes of being in the store again.
