SA Classic: Come dressed in white for a day of family fun!

The good news is that racing fans can look forward to the second leg of the Triple Crown.

IF the first leg of the Triple Crown is anything to go by, horse racing in Gauteng is on the up and up.

A record crowd descended on Turffontein on Saturday, February 27, and witnessed some exhilarating horse racing with the accompanying Prawn Festival adding to the festivities.

The good news is that racing fans can look forward to the second leg of the Triple Crown, the Grade 1 SA Classic, which takes place on Saturday, April 2. Dress in Classic White and join other racing fans for a day of thrilling horse racing.

This event makes for a great family day out an there will be entertainment for the children, including a horse carousel, mechanical bull, baby boat castle, face painters, power cabling and more.

There will be a beer garden and live music along with great catering options. For those interested in booking a table, there are various hospitality options available. Enjoy a delicious lunch in the Furious Room and City Deck for R195 per person or treat yourselves to a fully inclusive option for R425 per ticket. Gates open at 11:00 and entrance is free.
