This is just a special thank you to Baldwin Mathobo of the Alberton Telkom Technical Service team who first phoned and spoke to my wife at approximately 11:15 and at 11:30 he arrived to test our ADSL line which was mysteriously down again. He sorted it in almost no time.
This is top drawer service in spite of today being a public holiday June 16 – Youth Day. What a nice fellow, friendly and evidently a professional. I wish him all the best with his professional career with Telkom and also in his family life.
