I live in Brackendowns and have had a water leak for years.
Someone eventually came out on November 2 and said that he had taken leave for the third and that he would return on the fourth.
He came back on the fourth after 19:00. Since they were still busy at 22:30, I decided to go to bed whilst my husband waited for them to finish. On completion at 23:55, one of the two men told my husband that the cost for the repairs is R200, which he paid.
I’d like to know if this normal procedure, since I thought that they are on stand-by.
