Street lights are always on in the mornings as I travel down the N12 highway; I think-How is this possible? There is absolutely no valid reason why these street lights should be left on.
My day is complete and I travel back home and the street lights are still on… over a couple of weeks now, this problem has been on going and I feel that this could be a possible problem for our future as South Africans, considering that we are told to be electricity conscious, but then look at the lights being left on? I just do not understand.
