Thanks for your compassion

“I would like to thank the following people who assisted my husband when he fainted.”

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the following people who assisted my husband when he fainted in the Elia restaurant on Friday, April 13.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Angela and her staff at Elia Mediterranean Cuisine in Mall at New Market, as well as the patrons that were seated to the table next to us. To the paramedics who attended the scene and transported him to hospital – we are very grateful.

Thanks, Elowayne Gouws from Fox Medical Reaction Unit, Nick Bruchhausen and Grant Claassens from Med-Help Emergency Services. To the staff at the Trauma Unit at the Union Hospital, especially to Ntabaseng, I also want to say thank you.

Thank you all for your professional service and compassion.
