Adam proves his worth as Alberton boxer

Adam de Moor, who was honoured as East Rand Veterans Boxing Association’s “boxer of the year” in 2012, did not disappoint this year.

ALBERTON – Adam de Moor rebounded from his shock defeat at the ‘Christmas Cracker’ in December 2012 and stretched his record to nine wins in ten fights, seven with knock-outs and that single draw.

At the Emperors Palace “Fighting Force” tournament in November, he did extremely well to knock-out his more experienced opponent Nkosinathi Tshinavhe, who has 26 fights behind his name, after two minutes 41 seconds within the first round.

Adam who is at present ranked number nine in the country on the SA rankings for junior-welterweights is definitely here to stay for a long time. Boxing fans will definitely enjoy his poise and power for a long time to come.
