Pet owners in the vicinity of Poets Avenue in Randhart must please make sure their pets are not being purposely hurt by their carers while they’re not at home.
I hear a dog or a puppy crying out in pain every day and it’s really affecting me. Pet owners, please check that your pet is not suffering from any injuries.
If I could find this inhumane and sadistic person causing pain to any animal, I will definitely report him or her to Animal Anti-Cruelty, and hopefully, they will be prosecuted.
