I would like to give a big thank you to the ladies at Westpack, Mall at New Market, for being so friendly, helpful and nice.
On October 2, I went all over town in search of a very specific battery for my car remote. I thought I’d stop by West Pack as well, just in case they stocked it.
Upon entering the shop, I was welcomed as if everyone has known me for years. The ladies working there were so friendly.
At that point, I was very desperate to find this battery, because I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I’m sure they could see the panic on my face, and they decided to be as helpful as possible. It was wonderful.
They did not stock the battery I needed, but one of the ladies, Rethabile, was especially kind and called a few other Westpack branches to find out if they stocked it.
She seemed genuinely concerned for me and I just want to thank Rethabile for being such a helpful young lady and stopping at nothing to help me.
Even though none of the other branches stocked the battery, she wished me good luck in finding it elsewhere. When I returned there a few days later, she even remembered me and asked if I eventually found the battery (luckily, I did).
Thank you ladies for your superior service and customer care. I wish everyone treated customers as well as they do.
