2014 FIFA World Cup trophy arrived at Lanseria airport on Sunday December 1 and was welcomed by most of the coveted sport personalities in sport.

Coca-Cola is creating yet another inclusive, sharing experiential moment for South Africans, with the 2014 FIFA World CupTrophy Tour.

The FIFA World CupTrophy Tour by Coca-Cola plane arrived at midday Lanseria airport. The trophy will now spend the next two days on display at Southgate Mall until December 3, from11:00 to 19:00.

Fans will be able to take pictures of the trophy, watch a holographic animation of the highlights of the competition, participate in interactive workshops and enjoy many other activities.

The tour, presented by Coca-Cola, will see the biggest prize in world football take on 88 countries in 267 days.

South Africans caught their last glimpse of the magnificent 18-carat gold sculpture when it was being held aloft by victorious Spain at the conclusion of the 2010 World Cup at Soccer City in Johannesburg.
