Promises of good service under abnormal weather conditions

Bad weather can cause havoc with your alarm system.

As we all know it is that time of the year – with wind, rain and thunderstorms.

During the storms we experience abnormally high volumes of false alarm signals in our control room, putting clients with real emergencies at risk.

The control room will prioritise signals, and attend to panic signals and telephonic emergency calls first.

Because safety is our priority, we will have different reaction and control room personnel on standby to assist during the high volume of false alarm signals created in the control room during stormy weather, providing the best security service possible.

Please assist us by ensuring all windows are properly closed when arming your system. Outdoor security equipment is more sensitive to stormy conditions. Plants directly in front of these detectors must be kept as short as possible.

At Fox Alarms we strive to give our clients the best service possible, and will make sure the staff understand and uphold the type of service that management has promised to our much appreciated clients.
