We asked attendees at the Taking Parliament to the People event what they thought of President Ramaphosa’s address.

PATRICK PHANLIWE: “He addressed my relevant issues. Hopefully, there will be more opportunities for small businesses in the future.”

DORCAS NTWHENG: “It was a very good speech but they need to do something. They gave good plans but it means nothing till it’s implemented.”

DIEKETSENG MOFOKENG: “The promises he makes are just that until they are implemented. We need to have better service delivery.”

TERRANCE BUTHULEZI: “I think that the speech was good. All we want is better service delivery. Now we want to see some action.”
