WITH Christmas already knocking on our doors, THE RECORD approached a few community members and asked them what their Christmas wish is this year. Here’s what they had to say.

KATLEHO SETHUNUA: “My wish is to help vagrants and old age homes. I also want to help out in my local in every way I can. Christmas is about giving, so I want to give more often this Christmas.”
STHEMBISO CELE: “My wish is to have loads of money, so I can spoil my family and friends. And I don’t want to witness fist fights on Christmas.”
LINDI DU PLESSIS: “My Christmas wish is for a joyful festive season with my loved ones. I also wish everyone in South Africa a merry Christmas.”
CHARLIZE NEL: “I just wish for peace on earth and also for everyone to have something to eat on Christmas.”
MAUREEN JORDAAN: “My wish for Christmas is to get some new batteries for my electrical wheel chair and also for peace on earth.”
LENNY MOKOBOTO: “I wish to have enough money this Christmas to be able to spoil my family and loved ones with nice gifts. I wish Santa would collect our money troubles and take it away.”
GREGORY VAN ASWEGEN: “For Christmas, my ultimate wish would be for a Toyota Hilux and a new set of golf clubs. I also wish to spend quality some time with my family and Playstation 4 console.”
FRIK VAN VUUREN: “My wish for Christmas is to play as much Red Dead Redemption 2 as possible, and I wish for world peace and to have a peaceful holiday time with my friends and family.”
