Come enjoy the Sports4life time trial

Join the Sports4life time trial every Wednesday at 6pm.

SPORTS4LIFE celebrated Worker’s Day in a different way. They enjoyed the Sports4life time trial this week as they do every week.

“It was not just a great public holiday to celebrate, but we had seven new entrants for the Sports4life Time Trial, and five of those were ladies,” said Pete Rossouw.

“The presence of Fox Security as marshals makes it an especially safe event for women to enter, and the great vibe is just awesome to experience.”

May 8 may be voting day and another public holiday, but the 6pm time trial will still be happening as usual outside News Café and the Virgin Active Gym in Meyersdal.

“We encourage our residents to join every Wednesday,” said Pete. “The time trial can be walked as well and so everyone can take the opportunity to get great exercise and have fun at the same time, as there is always a great vibe at the weekly event.”
