Come witness Rockmania showdown and Euro tour

Rockmania showdown and Euro tour combined at Rock Raceway.

Rockmania showdown and Euro tour will kick off 2020 to a great start to the new season at the renowned Rock Raceway in Brakpan on January 18.

The annual Rockmania showdown plus the Euro tour will feature drivers from the UK, Holland and Germany who will all take on our local top South African racing drivers in the 1 600 Stockrod and 2L Hotrods classes.

The 2L Hotrods world champion, Dave Leech, together with four other European top drivers, will take on our local drivers in an all-out King Of the Ring showdown.

In the 1 600 Stockrod class, a total of four drivers, including one champion from Holland and others from Germany and the UK, will also be chasing down the silverware at victory lane in a battle of the Stockrods SA vs Euro Challenge.

In true Rockmania fashion style, all the other favourite disciplines will also be in action as the drifters, oval, Formula N circuit drivers and drag racers will all partake and form part of the event.

Eager patrons can arrive from 10am when gates open for business.

Practice sessions will take place throughout the course of the day and racing is expected to start at 3pm.

Spectator entry is R100 for adults and R40 for children age six to 12.

Drift suicide rides for the bucket list junkies will also be on sale for all the adrenaline seekers at R100 a ride. Tickets are available at the Lapa.

Refreshments will be on sale on site. Come support all your favourite drivers.
