Cobras Shotokan Karate members wins medals

Students from the Cobras Shotokan Karate club return home with medals. They are: Front: Alexander Aucamp (two silver), Alexia Andrade (two gold) and Tshwanelo Maila (one gold). Back: Senior instructor sensei Nicholas Gaston-Bellegarde, Musa Sono (one bronze), sensei Vuyelwa Qayiso (two silver), sensei Andrea Tiedt, sensei Kaylee Beine, Juan Crous (two gold) and senior instructor sensei Laurent Gaston-Bellegarde .

Students from the Cobras Shotokan Karate Club in Alberton recently took part in the Annual Pieter Viljoen Traditional All Styles Karate Challenge in Pretoria.

The senseis are very proud of the outstanding achievements of the seven students who took part and returned home with eight medals.

Cobras Shotokan Karate Club trains on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5.30pm to 6.30 pm at Glenview Primary School in Brackenhurst.
