Customer service tops at salon

Owner of Treatment at Work, Laura, making sure that her clients are satified when they walk out of the shop.

I have never before written to any publication regarding either poor or excellent service received from a service provider.

However, I do have to applaud the friendly service, professionalism and sheer concern for one’s being that I received from Treatment at Work, a beauty salon based in the Marionette Centre, Michelle Avenue.

The owner Laura goes the extra mile in ensuring one’s needs are fully met, and will even go out of her way to throw in those little extra beauty treatments to ensure that everyone leaves the salon feeling absolutely pampered and at peace with the world.

Add the friendly staff and competitive prices, and this salon is a winner. They definitely subscribe to the motto that “a stranger is just a friend you do not know”.

Thank you Laura and colleagues, for ensuring that dragging oneself to a beauty salon has really turned into that “pamper session” we all dream of.
