Guy Fawkes and what not
How is this rule going to be enforced? We are surrounded by people using fireworks in their gardens, greatly inconvenciencing those who have to protect their terrified pets and we don't appreciate the racket.
It’s inconsiderate and shows complete disrespect for other people, animals and birds. Yes, birds too, they’re startled by the loud bangs and fly off, abandoning their nests with young. How many animals end up impaling themselves horribly on fences and gates, in sheer terror? How many pets break out and just run, desperate to get away from the noise, and either end up dead on the roads, miles away from home and bundled into cages at animal shelters, never to be found again?
Ban fireworks!
