JKA South: Karateka achieve well at nationals

Altogether 33 JKA South Bassonia students were selected to represent Karate Syndicate at the highly prestigious SA JKA National Championships held earlier this year.

They did themselves and their instructors proud when they brought home a total of 23 medals, including 11 gold, seven silver and five bronze medals.

Classes for all ages and belt levels are held under the instruction of Senior Instructors Bruce Smith (6th Dan), Gert Aucamp (5th Dan) and Karyn Smith (4th Dan) from Monday to Thursday. Visit their website on www.jkasouth.co.za for more information.
