I would like to compliment Celeste from The Laundry Basket at 2nd Avenue shopping centre for superior customer service.

I made use of them for the first time over the December period. They delivered as promised, but also advised upfront of any delays.

I did have an unfortunate incident with a damaged garment, but Celeste handled it professionally and the matter was settled to my satisfaction.
