Second Masters Soccer Tournament
Eden Park Masters FC is pleased to announce its second annual masters tournament following the great success of the first tournament in 2014.
The club’s team comprises players over the age of 35 and the likes of Willem Jackson and Martin Carelse.
This tournament will officially open with a ceremony on May 1. Eden Park residents and residents from surrounding areas are invited to join the tournament, which will be held from May 1 to May 3 at Eden Park Stadium.
Eden Park Masters FC’s main aim is to build the future of the youth. The club would like to continue this development to showcase the future talent of the youth. Some of the funds raised through this tournament is channeled to the Eden Park Local Association Junior League. For this reason the club appeals to local businesses for assistance regarding expenditure to host the tournament, such as grand tax, hiring of toilets, payment of referees, electricity etc.
