My Mom and bought a Prestige can opener and after using it once or twice found it no longer wanted to open any cans. My parents being pensioners could not just go and buy another can opener as they are priced between R50 and R80.
They contacted Prestige and dealt with Dorothy Brits, who was extremely helpful. She promised to deliver a new can opener to their home in South Hills.
Not only did Dorothy go the extra mile to personally deliver the can opener, she also brought a whole bunch of Prestige products in way of an apology, which made my folks feel they still mattered in this world.
So from Mr and Mrs Kruger, a big thank you and thumbs up to Dorothy Brits for her excellent service.
