WALKERVILLE — Speedway racing will return to the Walkerville Oval on Sunday, August 30, as the hosts Walkerville Speedway Club take on the Rebels from the Southern Speedway Riders Club.
The racing format will see at least six two-man teams race each other in two groups on a knockout basis with the top two teams eventually meeting in the final. The winner will be crowned the Boet Strydom best pairs champions.
Backing up the speedway will be races for flatrackers, four wheel quad bikes, Pw’s and possibly the fast and loud sidecar outfits.
Gates open from 10:30 and tapes up at 13:00.
