Get behind the Boks at Bokpark Birchwood

Book your place to watch the Springboks at Birchwood Hotel.

NOT going to make it to England to support the Bokke during the Rugby World Cup? Not too worry, the next best thing to being right there in the stands, is taking place in Boksburg at the Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre’s BokPark.

BokPark will replicate the experience of the Rugby World Cup stands with an entire section of the hotel grounds being converted into a unique supporters-themed park for Bok-fans, complete with a giant 20 square meter LED screen and several 50” screens with surround sound, to ensure those ‘non-travelling’ Bok supporters also get to experience the incredible atmosphere, vibe and camaraderie exclusive to the Rugby World Cup.

BokPark will televise all the Springbok pool games, taking place on October 3 and 7, the quarter and semi-finals as well as the final. For R100, which includes entry into BokPark and a free glass of wine or beer, fans can sit back in the attractive Birchwood gardens, together with other rugby fans and enjoy the atmosphere, drinks and meals all at reduced rates. Braai packs will also be on sale with braai facilities in the gardens, for those who would like to braai while supporting their team!

The fun starts at 12:00 on match day, with live entertainment provided by a host of SA acts including Gerhard Steyn, Rooies, Cordelia, Gert Koevert, Hennie Jacobs and Beeskraal. A safe and fun Kiddies Park is also available, making BokPark the perfect venue for the whole family to cheer on the Boks.

So get your friends and family together, or even your colleagues, and book now to be part of this first of its kind BokPark.
