Targetting older people

A while back, in the Alberton RECORD, there was an article about a male who has a pack of nappies and a tin of milk with him, and tries to obtain money from people after telling them a story.

He was seen in a mall on December 9. He waits at the ATMs, watching older people who draw money and then he confronts them. He is known to travel all over, from one centre to the next, so I guess from here he will move to the next mall or shopping centre.

He is about 1.8m tall, white, with light trousers, a blue type of shirt and blond hair. He is carries Pampers nappies and a bag with the formula in it.

Please, he cannot be allowed to do this. I am appealing to shopping centres and the management of all these centres to bring it to the attention of their security staff and to be on the lookout for him.
