WE have a problem in Altham Road in Robertsham at the small park on the corner of the Booysens Club and the bus stop there because people are now using it as a dumping site.
Plastic bags with garbage are just thrown there and people hold braais and leave garbage there. This is going to create a rat zone. As a concerned resident I think the city of Joburg should put a fence around that park.
