JOHANNESBURG Harriers Athletic Club (JHAC) is a road running club based at the Klipriviersberg Recreation Centre in Kibler Park. Every week the club holds various training activities for its members.
The training includes:
Tuesdays: 17:30 to 18:30 – speed work (track);
Wednesdays: 18:00 to 19:00 – time trials (4km or 8km); and
Saturdays: 06:00 to 08:00 – club runs (10 to 20km).
The club invites members of the public to join in any of the activities as a way of seeing what the club is all about.
The 71st Jackie Gibson Marathon and fourth Allan Ferguson Half Marathon will take place on Sunday, April 3, at the Klipriviersberg Recreation Centre. The club invites all runners to enter. Online entries available on www.enteronline.co.za
