Jeff Radebe on ANC manifesto

With the country's general elections around the corner, parties are dusting up on their election manifesto documents. Late last year the anc worked on a draft manifesto. Jeff Radebe, the ANC's deputy chairperson announced that the draft was to focus on the implementation of the National Development Plan (NDP). Now it's a matter of a day before we get to hear what the party has come up with. Jeff Radebe is joining us from Nelspruit.
