Woman robbed in blink of an eye

The passenger in the vehicle grabbed her and dragged her into the vehicle

A WOMAN was robbed by two armed men on her way to work on July 1 at about 06:15.

A white Citi Golf with registration number ZHZ 526 GP stopped behind her in Celtis Street, Palmridge and in the blink of an eye the passenger in the vehicle jumped out, grabbed the woman and dragged her into the car.

The robbers then took her purse with R716 inside, and all her banking and credit cards. They drove on for a short distance, stopped the car and told her to get out. Then they just drove off.

A case of armed robbery has been opened and Eden Park SAPS is investigating.
