If you are driving on the R59 daily, read this.

I have started a petition through Avaaz.org, which goes through Facebook.

The petition is to request JMPD to change the left emergency lane at the top of the R59 to a general, left-turning lane, into South Rand Road, in Tulisa Park, in order to alleviate traffic congestion at this point of the highway.
