Festive occasion enjoyed

“Thank you ladies, I appreciate your kindness and the money will be used to help our cause,” said Tammy.

WOMEN of Worth (WOW) women’s group held their Christmas lunch celebration at The Promise Grill and Seafood Restaurant in Meyersdal Mall, last week.

Tammy Du Plooy from Alberton Victim Support was invited to the lunch, where she gratefully received a monetary donation and toiletries, which will be used for victims of crime.

“Thank you ladies, I appreciate your kindness and the money will be used to help our cause,” said Tammy.

Christmas gifts were exchanged between the group and a festive atmosphere ensured everyone had a wonderful time.

The group will take a break over December and will meet again in January 2017.
