SAPS students’ chase results in shoplifting arrest

Young officers who were parading The Glen Mall spotted and arrested a shoplifting suspect.

WELL DONE: SAPS students impressed senior officers when they spotted a suspicious shoplifter and made the chase that led to the arrest of the man, who was found to have shoplifted t-shirts worth at least R700.

The student police officers were at The Glen Mall for a parade when they arrested the suspect, who’s now in the custody of Moffatview SAPS.
