New Redruth Radio brings children, elderly together

The New Redruth Radio Network recently organised that children from Execukids Nursery School go to the Alberton Home for the Aged to treat the elderly.

IT was all smiles when little ones spread the joy of Christmas at the Alberton Home for the Aged.

The New Redruth Radio Network recently organised that children from Execukids Nursery School, go to the Alberton Home for the Aged, to treat the elderly on Tuesday, December 6.

The children went to the home to sing a few songs and spread a little joy to the elderly – and then the 103 Christmas gifts, sponsored by members of the New Redruth Radio Network, were handed out to the elderly.

The network began in 2009 for the safety of the community; and they have fund raisers and community projects and arrange events throughout the year.
