Eighty years of friendship celebrated

The meeting took on a real party theme, with guessing games, pass the parcel and to help the ladies keep their minds active, a memory tray was put together and each member had to write down how many items they could remember.

CIRCLE of Friends women’s group recently celebrated the 80th birthday of one of its members, Sheila Reeves.

Sheila has been part of the group for over 15 years and enjoys participating in the meetings and outings.

EIGHTY YEARS YOUNG: A delicious birthday cake was enjoyed.

The party took place at one of the member’s homes on Tuesday, February 21. Guests played guessing games and pass-the-parcel. To help the ladies keep their minds active, a memory tray was put together and each member had to write down how many items she could remember.

As the group sang happy birthday to Sheila, they recalled other members’ birthdays that they had also celebrated in style.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY: A gift from the members made Sheila’s day special.
