“Two black males and a black lady go into the homes under the pretence of being interested buyers of the property but what they are really doing is checking what is in the home which is for sale,” said Mondeor SAPS spokesperson, Warrant Officer Sibongile Mnguni.

In a recent incident in the Sector three area, the criminals allegedly went to view a home for sale. Only days later, the same criminals went back to rob the home of valuables.

Warrant Officer Mnguni warned that residents and home owners should be on the lookout when selling their homes.
