Cancer walk a success, funds raised

All funds was donated to Stepping Stone Hospice.

A WALK for cancer event was held on August 5 in Kariba Street in Brackendowns where Sentinel Security’ staff, paramedics from National Paramedical Services and members of the community showed their support for cancer victims. About 200 people supported this event where they walked from Kariba Street to Andries Road and back.

IN ACTION: Residents helped raised funds for cancer patients and this was also their way to show support.

Sentinel sponsored security to this worthy event. Residents walked in the streets and all funds which were raised was donated to Stepping Stone Hospice.

National Paramedical Services proudly sponsored the medical support for this event in support of raising funds for the hospice. Sentinel thanked everyone who was involved.
