Eye Of Africa is offering South Africans an opportunity to win the biggest prize on television

WIN A HOME, South Africa’s favourite interior design reality-TV competition is well underway on SABC3’s talk show Afternoon Express. The popular South African competition show is giving its viewers the life-changing grand prize of a R3-million home – the biggest giveaway on South African television this year.

This year Win a Home contestants are competing in pairs for the design prize of R100 000. Three design duos are tasked with decorating three homes at the luxury Eye of Africa Golf and Residential Estate here in the South.

The promising designers are given a new room challenge every second week. Annemarie Meintjes of Visi, editor of House and Leisure Tiaan Nagel and Habitat’s Amanda Graham provide ongoing direction and guidance for their design teams throughout the competition.

Inaugural Win A Home design winner Donald Nxumalo (DNX Design Studio) and Katlego Kondlo (Plascon) judge the complete challenges and welcome a new guest judge for each room reveal. Thus far, industry legends Stephen Falcke and Nthabi Taukobong have made an appearance on the show.

Viewers can watch Win a Home in its dedicated Friday time slot between 4pm and 5pm and stand in line to win a beautiful cluster home at Eye of Africa Golf and Residential Estate to the value of R3-m.
