Visit the Shoprite Group during the festive season to have your gifts wrapped for a nominal fee.

OVER the years, more than R2-million has been raised through public donations for worthy charities across South Africa through the Shoprite Group and its in-store gift wrapping service stations.

Registered charities can now also sign up to be a beneficiary of the funds raised in the store closest to them. The application process is now open and is easy and goes as follows: complete the online application form before October 31, attach a copy of your South African ID or passport and NPO certificate, read the terms and conditions and then wait for email confirmation regarding the status of your application.

For a small donation starting from as little as R5, customers can take advantage of the in-store gift wrapping service at their local Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Hyper store this festive season. All proceeds are donated to the beneficiary organisation managing the service in a specific store.

As a business with heart, the Shoprite Group is committed to #ActForChange this festive season by utilising its extensive store network to support and uplift charitable community organisations.
