Visit this house for a spectacular Christmas display

TO see a Christmas lights and decorations display like no other, keep reading.
Swing by 26 Eekhoring Street, Albertsdal, for a treat for your eyes, including a massive man-made Christmas tree and an assortment of Christmas lights and decorations everywhere.

The tree stands 11m high and three metres wide at the base, with a star on top and covered with 600 lights.
“My father says that on October 6 he got given a task by no man greater than our Almighty God to spread the word that Jesus is the reason for the season,” says Jessica van Rooyen.
“The star represents the three wise men being led to Jesus by a star thousands of years ago, so in June 2017 he gathered all the materials and started building his tree as well as Father Christmas, the reindeers and his slay and we now have over 2 000 lights up and my father says he just wants to put smiles on the children’s faces,” she adds.
According to van Rooyen, this is the first year they have put the tree up, but they have had the decorations on the house for the third year now and say they would like Alberton to know that they are more than welcome to come and see the biggest Christmas tree in Alberton and enjoy the Christmas music that will be played.

The lights are on every night until around 8pm, but, says van Rooyen, they will be on much longer on Christmas Eve.
