WHAT looks like a pothole in Eekhoring Street, Albertsdal has been closed with bins, barrier tape and sand right in the middle of the street.
According to a resident it can cause a big accident if people are not aware of it. Drivers driving in the left lane towards Hennie Alberts Street have to check for oncoming vehicles before they can pass.
The bins have been there for weeks now. It is unclear who put it there.
The RECORD requested comment from Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) and will publish it as soon as it is received.
