Luv Dog Colour Run was super cute

It was the cutest event, with big dogs and small dogs galore.

THIS sure was one of the cutest, furriest fun runs you’ve ever seen. Luv Dog Pet Spa hosted the Luv Dog Colour Run at Rietvlei Zoo Farm recently.

This business is battling in court, objecting to having to move away from a suburban area to an industrial area.

READY TO RUN: Kelly Hartoch, Robyn Bishop and Lloyd Bishop with doggies Rambo (black) and Peaches.

A Facebook post on its page reads: “Our dogs do not belong in industrial areas. Our dogs deserve respectable facilities close to our homes. We as a community and tax-paying citizens should have the right to choose what services we want near our homes.”

FUN DAY OUT: Elle Franco, Cindy Crook, Larry Thompson and Matt Loots with dogs Jimmy, Sid, Cody and Milo.

According to the organisers, the Luv Dog Colour Run was hosted to prove to everyone how much pets mean to their owners and that since for many people their pets are like their children, they don’t deserve to be forced to go to (often dangerous) industrial areas for their pet services.

It was an event with big dogs and small dogs galore. Owners had a great time getting active with their fur-kids and getting to know their fellow dog owners.Several pet owners agreed that they look forward to the next one.

GETTING ACTIVE: Qadeer Julius, Calvin Vercuiel and Wade Cothill with their dogs Dante (left) and Chloe.
