• Monica Ford: “We all MISS him, I sit and I think back about the last conversation I had with uncle Mitz before we came up to Mozambique. He really truly loves you with everything in his being. He had tears in his eyes when he told me. He spoke highly of you and the love he has for you. Hang on to the memories of good times. He will always be in your heart and protect you and watch over you. You will in time start seeing signs that he is with you. From a bird hanging around to feathers lying around. He is with you. His legacy lives on in your daughters. I won’t say time heals but I will say time teaches you to live around the pain of losing Mitzi. You feel empty right now, but it does get easier as time moves forward. You were together for a long time, so it’s natural to feel sad. You have us as support. You be strong, we will see you in a weeks time.”
