Flight Centre helps Alberton SPCA on Mandela Day

They are driven by the phrase “help those who can’t help themselves”.

FLIGHT Centre from Mall of the South used the opportunity of Mandela Day to donate necessities to the Alberton SPCA. The SPCA was very thankful to be the recipient of their kindness.

They donated bags and tins of pet food, as well as blankets. They chose SPCA as their recipients because they are driven by the phrase “help those who can’t help themselves”.

“The SPCA is very close to all of our hearts,” said Tamaryn Nailer on behalf of Flight Centre. “SPCA deserves all the help they can get. Their volunteers do everything they can to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals, and to ensure that they get the best homes. As a community, we look up to them, and lending a helping hand only takes a few minutes. Small things can make a big difference to our little furry friends.”

The SPCA gave a heart-warming response to the donations and was very grateful. They showed the Flight Centre team around the premises and explained to them what exactly they do, and how they take care of the animals.

“We will definitely be donating to the SPCA again,” said Tamaryn. “We think that they are doing an amazing job for the animals.”
