Ethemba Village fund-raiser

A luncheon was held in support of Ethemba Village for widows an orphans.

THE Hollywood Red Carpet Luncheon Extravaganza was held at the Back of the Moon Restaurant at Gold Reef City on July 28.

The luncheon is an annual fund-raising event that is held in support of Ethemba Village which is based in Walkerville.

Ethemba Village was founded in 2004 and their vision is to establish a self-sustainable village where widows and orphans can equip themselves with skills in a safe home environment where love and hope are the central core values.

The event had live entertainment throughout the afternoon. During the afternoon, eight models from Alberton branch of Figures Finesse International Modelling and Talent Agency modeled clothes from the Scarlett Red Boutique.

They participated in three shows that showcased the winter, summer and evening collections. Ethemba Village would like to thank all the sponsors and participants that made the function possible.
