A WEDDING was held in Alberton New Market Manor for ‘Lady Gaga’ (bride) and ‘Valentino Rossi’ (groom) on November 24 with friends and family who came to witness the special occasion.
The miniature Italian greyhounds are owned by Lorna van Deventer: the bride who turned one on November 3 and the groom adopted around a week before the ceremony is eight months old.
The proper wedding vow ceremony was conducted by Robert Elrix (brother of Lorna) and all friends of Lorna who attended are dog lovers. The wedding cake was cut on behalf of the bride and groom and shared with their bridesmaid Bonney (a four-year-old fox terrier who is also owned by Lorna).
