Junior Colleges Castillian celebrates spring on National Wild Life Day

Children learn about the wild.

JUNIOR Colleges Castillian celebrated spring on National Wild Life Day on September 7.

The children dressed up in their safari outfits for their safari adventure. The little explorers created a map and used their hand-crafted binoculars to discover various wildlife animals.

The children learned about wildlife conservation and more about protecting plants, animals and their habitats.

Elizabeth Steenkamp, principal, said engaging children in these topics is beneficial to their development towards their future.

WILD: Great team work, they find their first animal.
EXPLORE: The little explorers work as a team to figure out where to find the hidden wildlife.
