Donate a Bible towards the poor

Fifty people who received Bibles changed their lives.

PATRICIA and Percy van Aardt would like to thank the public for responding to their request for Bibles that go towards the poor.

They have received 95 Bibles of which 90 have been given out to people that need them most.

Of the people who have been given Bibles, they know of 50 of them whose lives have been changed.

“They are cleaner, do not smell of alcohol and are so excited when they see our car,” said Patricia.

“They run up to our car and tell us that they have just read a book in the Bible and when we quiz them on it they can answer the questions. These are people that have hit on hard times and they value their Bibles tremendously.”

Anyone willing to donate a Bible towards their cause can do so at the NG Church corner of Phantom Street and Hussein Road in Raceview. Alternative you can call Percy on 071 382 9082 or Patricia on 082 770 8049
