A workshop and information session on self-defence will be held at Epic Foundation’s premise on November 24 and December 1, and all are invited to attend.
Here you can learn all you need to know about self-defence, rape and abuse. Renata Fester from Elite Defence Academy will be presenting a practical workshop and Alta McMaster will be giving an information session.
This event will take place on November 24 and December 1, from 9am to 12.30pm, at 406 Southern Klipriviersberg Road, Steeledale. The cost is R150 per person.
